ICC MOTHER’S DAY SERVICE
This Sunday 10th May, ICC will be having both adult and children services. For the adult service, the Young Adults have prepared a special Mother’s Day edition of the service to recognise and acknowledge the mothers in ICC and beyond.
The bible says in Ephesians 6:1-2, ““Honor your father and mother”—which is the first commandment with a promise—“so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.” While a day is set aside in the annual calendar to recognise mums and dads, scripture emphasises that this is a live long command with a promise of a good long life on earth. This Sunday, we take time to honour mums. Of course, no one is perfect and neither are mum! Nevertheless, we want to thank them for their labour of love, dedication, sacrifice and commitment in raising children.
Besides the Young Adults’ presentation, we also have a symbolic gift prepared for each and every mother who will be present. Therefore, invite your friends who are mothers to come, be blessed in prayer and receive a gift.
